  • Support fundraising and donor stewardship with strategic communication plans; Manage all Foundation branding and messaging with both internal and external audiences, including donors, employees, patients, and the general public

  • Execute interviews, writing, editing, graphic design, photography, and production for the donor newsletter, fundraising appeals, direct mail, brochures, flyers, videos, event materials, stewardship materials, email campaigns, and the Foundation website

    • Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals Vote for Miracles campaign for McLane Children’s (placed 4th nationally, earning $10,000 prize)

  • Promoted degree programs by producing brochures, flyers, and advertisements

  • Developed marketing templates for use by academic departments to adhere to branding guidelines

  • Began process of redesigning the university’s website for easier navigation and visual appeal

  • Designed flyers, brochures, T-shirts, presentations, newsletters and websites for various events and programs; Managed social media presence using Facebook and Twitter

  • Helped research, develop, write, and edit grant proposals requesting a total of more than $17 million; Wrote letters to solicit sponsorships; created materials for monthly membership campaign which received $31,000 in the first two months
